My Story

My fitness journey began when I was 16, diving into the world of bodybuilding and like many starting out, I made plenty of mistakes along the way. Over time, I realized that fitness alone wasn’t the whole picture, so I shifted my focus to nutrition and started helping others by cooking meals that supported their health goals.
 
Everything changed when I became pregnant. Suddenly, I found myself facing a new challenge—trying to take care of myself while also caring for my growing family and business, that’s when the idea for The Wholeness Club was born. I wanted a solution for people like me, who want to prioritize their health but find it difficult when raising children or have busy lives. It became clear that staying healthy isn’t just about fitness or nutrition—it’s about making it all work together.
 
After becoming a certified health coach through IIN, I continued doing what I had always loved—helping people, but now, I approach it from a holistic perspective, balancing fitness, nutrition, and mindset. With two kids, I’ve learned that achieving goals goes beyond physical strength. It’s about how you feel, your mindset, and finding balance in all areas of life.
 
Today, I feel more complete and fulfilled, both as a mom and as someone dedicated to helping others. I’ve learned that a big part of being well is feeling good inside and out—and that’s the core of what The Wholeness Club is all about.
